Shipping and Return Policy

Wig Services:
Processing time for wig services is up to 15 business days after package receipt. For custom-colored units, please allow an additional 5 business days for processing.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number, and your package will arrive within 1-3 business days via UPS.

Ready-to-Ship Wigs:
Ready-to-Ship wigs will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number, and delivery will take 1-3 business days via UPS.

Custom Glueless Wigs:
Processing time for Custom Glueless Wigs is up to 25 business days. After shipping, a tracking number will be provided, and delivery will occur within 1-3 business days via UPS.

Custom Braided and Locs Wigs:
Processing time for Custom Braided and locs Wigs is up to 30 business days. After shipping, a tracking number will be provided, and delivery will occur within 1-3 business days via UPS.

Important Information:

  • Signature Confirmation is required for all orders to ensure secure delivery.
  • Once a package is handed over to UPS EverChic is not responsible for delays, loss, or non-delivery. For assistance, please contact UPS at 1(800) 742-5877.
  • Your billing and shipping addresses must match for your order to be processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
EverChic is not liable for lost or stolen packages. All shipments include tracking and signature confirmation. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may request package holding at your local UPS facility.

Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy:
Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not accepted. In the event of extenuating circumstances, you may contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@shopeverchic.com. If approved, a partial refund of 50% will be issued.
