How It Works:
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the shipping address to send your wig. Please allow 15 business days from the time we receive your package for processing. If you're adding lace replacement or custom color, please allow an additional 5 days.

Important:
- We do not accept unsanitary, clumped, or extremely matted wigs.
- Shipping and billing addresses must match.
- Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final.
- All shipments include signature confirmation for protection.
- Hair is not included and must be provided by you, the customer.
