All About Wigs

For custom wigs you will need 6 measurements to receive a perfect fit. All custom units are made using the measurements provided. You will need a soft measuring tape to correctly measure your head. The following measurements are what you'll need: 1) Circumference. 2) Front to Nape. 3) Ear to Ear (forehead) 4) Ear to Ear (over top) 5) Temple to Temple. 6)Nape of neck as shown in picture below.

*We fit head sizes from 19 inches to 25 inches*

Wig Cap Type

 Below are the wig cap types we offer. With our Custom wigs you'll have a choice between our Mesh Dome Cap, Adjustable Mesh Cap or Ventilated Mesh Adjustable Cap. Wigs listed under "Wig Collection" (made to order) are created with an Adjustable Mesh Cap. 

Wig Accessories 

All of our wig units include an adjustable elastic band for extra security. These bands can be adjusted to your desired tightness and can also be removed if you decide not to use it. 

For our Custom Wigs you have the option to add an adjustable elastic band and/or Wig Combs.

All lace wig units are created with three or four full bundles plus a lace piece. 

• Lengths up to 20 inches are created with three full bundles plus a lace piece. 
• Lengths 22 inches and longer are created with four bundles plus a lace piece.

How Long Will Your Wig Last?

Our Bella Couture Wigs units will have a life expectancy of 3+ years. This is based on how well your wigs are being maintained (Washed, how often your wig is being worn, additional coloring, heat use etc.). You can extend the life of your unit by washing your unit regularly, correct styling, proper storage, lace replacements (when needed). Lace is more delicate than the bundles.
