Shipping policy

Once your order has completed processing, which will take up to 25 business days depending on the service you're requesting.

SHIPPING:

WIG SERVICES (You Provide The Hair Service, Wig Polish & Wig Rejuvenation)

• Our processing time is 7-15 business days once we receive your package. 
• For custom color please add an additional 5 days to processing time. 

READY TO SHIP WIGS:

• Ready To Ship wigs will ship out within 1-3 business days

CUSTOM WIGS:

• Please allow 15-25 business days for processing of Custom Wigs. 

FAUX LOC / BRAIDED WIGS:

• Processing will take up to 30 business days. 

Once processing is complete, you will receive your tracking information email as soon as your order departs our facilities. Your package will ship via UPS (1-3 business days)

• Signature Confirmation is included on ALL ORDERS. This is for our protection as well as yours. 
• Billing and Shipping address must match
